1. Return & Exchange Window
• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Store Credit Only
• We do not offer refunds in cash or to your original payment method. 
• All approved returns will receive Store Credit, which can be used on future purchases at Kryn & Moey.
• Store Credit will be issued after the item has been picked up from your address.
3. How to Submit a Return/Exchange Request
1. Visit the link provided to request a Return or Exchange.
2. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
3. Provide the reason for your request.
4. Upload photos if the request is due to damage or defect. 
Our team will review your request and book a return pickup.
4. How Returns & Exchanges Work (Important)
• All returns and exchanges are subject to a minimal reverse pickup fee of ₹100.
• This fee covers logistics and will be deducted from your store credit.
• Once the return pickup is successfully completed from your address and the item passes inspection, we will issue Store Credit in the form of a GIFT CARD.
• The Gift Card will be emailed to the same email ID used while placing the order.
• You can use this Gift Card to place a fresh order on our website, just like a normal purchase.
5. Issuing Store Credit (Gift Card)
• Store Credit is issued only after the item has been picked up from your address.
• The value of the Gift Card will be:
Product Price – ₹100 return pickup fee
• Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Can be used on any product available on Kryn & Moey
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred
• Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable and not included in store credit.
6. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags and packaging must be intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage or odour will not be accepted.
• Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for another return or exchange. 
7. Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please share clear photos when submitting your request.
• Claims for damaged/defective items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once verified, we will issue store credit for the value of the product. 
8. Final Policy Authority
Kryn & Moey reserves the right to make final decisions on all return, exchange and store credit requests, based on policy and product inspection.
