Return/ Exchange Policy
First, if you have a need to consider returns and refunds, you likely ordered a product from us, which means we owe you a big “Thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Kryn and Moey customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience. Please refer to the below mentioned points for a hassle-free return/exchange.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or can message us on our Instagram page @krynandmoey. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details on where to send your package. The return shipping charges will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the product has been received and inspected by us, you’ll receive store credits worth your initial order value for future purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene related reasons, we do not accept return or exchange of bralettes. Therefore, it is recommended that you refer to our size guide or contact us if you have size related queries before placing an order. We do not accept exchange or returns on sale items or gift cards.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Usually, your order will be shipped within 3 working days after placing your order (delays are possible during high volume days such as public holidays and new launch days). Our domestic (PAN India) delivery timeline is 6-7 working days. Deliveries depend upon your shipping location.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number. After you have received your tracking number, you can follow the stages of delivery on the shipping company’s website for an estimate on when your product will arrive.
